Saori Ichikawa-White is a New York based photographer, born and raised in Tokyo.
She started her career as a TV news producer working for networks such as NHK and TV Tokyo. Later she realized that she is more fascinated by the people and stories outside mainstream media and closer to our everyday lives. She picked up photography to document their stories and studied at City University of New York.
Currently Saori covers stories for magazines and newspapers, as well as photographs events and portraits.
